WelcomeHello. We are a recently-formed friendly table tennis club. We welcome all standards and all ages for recreational table tennis; under-14s do need to be accompanied by an adult. We meet at The Den in Repton where we have three tables in constant use for two hours every Tuesday night.
Club nights are informal and tend to start of with games of singles following by doubles games later on in the evening. Don’t worry if you’re a beginner we’ll make sure that you’re looked after and will help you to improve your game. The standard of play at the club ranges from beginner-level to lower-club standard (eg Derbyshire League Division 2). Feel free to make contact before turning up if you have any queries, but this is not necessary. Also, if you can’t make it for 8pm, just arrive when you can. In future, we may consider entering a team in the Derbyshire League. The club was formed in March 2011 as part of the Village Games initiative. |
